We always recommend an on-site kick-off in the beginning of the project. This is how the team gets to know each other better. Time spent together makes remote co-operation and communication smoother.
In long-term projects, on-site meetings should be arranged quarterly. Usually we visit our clients, but you are always welcome to visit us in Croatia.
We can not emphasize the importance of transparency and open communication enough. It is essential for a successful remote software development project.
Therefore, our developers always communicate directly with your team, no matter if you have one Sauna developer or an entire team assigned to your project.
